From Brainstorm to First Draft in one week!
The EducationUSA Essay Writing Boot Camp is a 3-session intensive which includes the following two-hour sessions. It is recommended that you attend all sessions. By signing up for this “Series” you will be registered for all sessions.
1. Wednesday, August 9, 1-3 pm ET / 10 am – 12 pm PT: Admissions overview and Brainstorming your Common App essay topic
2. Monday, August 14, 1-3 pm ET / 10 am – 12 pm PT: Writing an outline
3. Wednesday, August 16, 1-3 pm ET / 10 am – 12 pm PT: Writing your first draft and tackling supplemental essays
It is only recommended to join the Essay Writing Boot Camp if you plan to apply to U.S. universities during this application cycle (fall 2023) to enroll next fall (2024). This is typically Grade 12 or CEGEP 2 students. The goal of these sessions is to engage in activities that will help you write a first draft by the end of the sessions.
Each Boot Camp session will be recorded and will be available to all who register.
